Yajaira Villegas, RPLU – Senior Vice President, Healthcare Management Liability Program

We are excited to announce the appointment of Yajaira Villegas, RPLU, as the head of GJS Co.’s healthcare management liability program, which is part of Amwins Underwriting. Yajaira brings extensive experience and knowledge to this role. Previously, she served as an underwriting director at Travelers, where she was responsible for overseeing Healthcare D&O and EPL over-authority accounts written by GJS Co. Yajaira’s expertise in underwriting strategy and relationship management makes her a valuable addition to the team.

Tim Barnhorst – Senior Vice President, Program Manager – Eastern/Midwest U.S. & Canada, Mountain Guard Insurance Program

Amwins Program Underwriters (APU) is pleased to announce that Tim Barnhorst will now oversee the operational aspects of Mountain Guard’s Portsmouth, NH office, as well as lead the sales efforts in the Eastern and Midwest regions of the United States and Canada. Tim has been an integral part of the Mountain Guard team since 2010, and his dedication and insurance acumen have been instrumental in his rapid advancement within the company.

Yulanda Dudley – Associate Director, Roofing Contractors Insurance Program

We are delighted to welcome Yulanda Dudley to Amwins as the Associate Director of our Roofing Contractors program under Amwins Program Underwriters. With over 20 years of experience in commercial casualty insurance, Yulanda brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Her expertise in servicing small and medium-sized general and excess liability commercial accounts will greatly benefit our clients.

Candie Fields – Program Underwriter, Fire Sprinkler Select Insurance Program

Candi Fields, who joined Amwins in 2017, has been promoted to Program Underwriter for the Fire Sprinkler Select Insurance Program. In her new role, Candie will be responsible for risk selection and underwriting the program’s profitable book of business. Her previous experience in managing commercial insurance programs and her deep understanding of the industry make her an ideal fit for this position.
